TZU-Chi Charity Foundation under Taiwan Philanthropic Organization donated 25,133 baskets of paddy seed to 600 farmers from 90 village-tract, Hpa-an Township, Kayin State to be cultivated in 25,133 acres of paddy fields fallen into ruing owning to flooding in rainy season.
