BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the South Bay and a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 27th February, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin and Chin States,scattered in Lower Sagaing Region and Northern Shan State, isolated in Mandalay and Magway Region, (Eastern and Southern)Shan and Rakhine States.
