Encouragement should be given to increase yields of quality agriculture and livestock products and sell value-added products with the aim of developing the rural areas, creating job opportunities for local people and enhancing the living standard of local people, said Union Minister for Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation U Tin Htut Oo on 8 May morning.
