Upper Min Hla, July 16

A ceremony to honor outstanding Grade-12 students who passed the matriculation examination with distinctions, along with the teachers who helped them achieve their success, was held at Min Letwa Hall of Basic Education High School in Min Hla Township, Thayet District, Magway Region, this morning.

Speaking at the ceremony, Township Police Chief Soe Khaing delivered opening remarks, while Dr. Aung Myint, Chairman of the School Board of Trustees, explained the objectives of the event. Awards were then presented to the outstanding students and their teachers by officials from the Township Women's Affairs Federation, the Township Maternal and Child Welfare Association, the Township Education Department, and the School Board of Trustees.

A total of 19 students received awards, including three who achieved four distinctions, three with three distinctions, five with two distinctions, and eight with one distinction.—Win Myat (Upper Min Hla)
