ALL of the league’s top-ranked teams secured victories in Round 5 of the 2026-2027 Myanmar Wom­en’s League, held from 13 to 15 July.

ISPE edged Thitsa Arman 1-0, Ayeyawady de­feated Myawady 2-1, Shan United thrashed Yangon City 5-0, Yadanabon beat Young Lionesses 2-1, and Yangon United overcame Zwegabin United 3-0.

After five rounds, ISPE remain top of the table with 15 points, followed by Ay­eyawady and Yangon Unit­ed on 12 points each, Shan United on 10, and Yadana­bon on nine. Yangon City re­mains at the bottom without a point after losing all five matches. — Ko San/KZL
