THE Myanmar Red Cross Society is reportedly accelerating earthquake relief and rehabilitation operations in Sagaing, Sagaing Region.
At the Earthquake Relief and Rehabilitation Operations Office (Sagaing Branch) in Sagaing, Professor Dr Tin Maung Hlaing, Executive Member of the Myanmar Red Cross Society, together with his team, met Red Cross volunteers carrying out rehabilitation work. During the meeting, they discussed ongoing operations and also inspected preparations being made to store relief supplies at the Red Cross warehouse.
In addition, the team visited a mobile clinic opened in Magyigon Village, where they observed the provision of primary healthcare services to residents. — ASH/MKKS
