THE Myanmar Football Federation (MFF) will launch the 2026 U19 and U16 futsal league competitions on 9 and 10 May, organized by its Futsal and Beach Football Committee.

Both leagues will feature 12 teams each. The U16 league will run its first round from 10 May to 19 July and the second round from 26 July to 4 October. The U19 league will hold its first round from 9 May to 18 July and the second round from 25 July to 3 October. All matches will take place at the MFF Futsal Indoor Stadium at Thuwunna Stadium in Yangon.

MFF introduced both youth futsal leagues last season, with Winner Soccer winning the U19 title and Kyaung Saya Thar Htwe claiming the U16 crown. However, neither defending champion will compete in this year’s editions. — Shine Htet Zaw/KZL
