A combined team comprising members of Anti-Drug Police Force searched two suspicious men, identified as Thet Zaw Oo and Thein Win, in Ward-19 on Myeik Street in Dagon Myothit(South) of Yangon Region at 2:30 pm on October 9 and seized 70000 stimulant tablets.

In a similar incident, a combined team stopped and searched a TOYOTA CROWN vehicle driven by Aik Kham with Aik Htaik on board in San Saing(b) Ward in Tachilek Township of Shan State at 5:15 pm on October 10 and captured 70 kg of Ketamine.

The offenders have been prosecuted under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law. — MNA
