Ngwe Yee Pearl Mining Company donated a ventilator and related materials to a public hospital in Nawankhio Township, Northern Shan State yesterday morning.
The donation event was held at the public hospital. On the occasion, Managing Director and staff from the company handed over one ventilator worth Ks. 3 million, 55,000 facemasks and one thermometer valued at Ks. 300,000 totaling Ks. 3.3 million to the hospital through Township Medical Superintendent Dr. Ko Ko.
The medical equipment and related items were donated to be used in the control and prevention of coronavirus in the township, according to the well-wisher.—Htwe Ngel (Nawnkhio)
