NO 2 Heavy Industries Enterprise under the Ministry of Industry invited domestic and foreign companies to submit a tender for the short-term lease of vacant land owned by No 24 Heavy Industry (Dagon).

The vacant land is located at Plot 513A, Mogok Road, Ward 23, Industrial Zone 1, Dagon Myothit (South) Township, Yangon Region. The land will be leased to private entrepreneurs for a short term of five years to carry out industrial product manufacturing, food product manufacturing, and warehousing operations.

The vacant land is classified Tender No 1: Plot 513A, vacant land area of 0.69 acre, and Tender No 2: Plot 513A, vacant land area of 0.70 acre.

Interested individuals can purchase the proposal form for their desired tender number and submit the tender accordingly.

Therefore, domestic and foreign companies wishing to invest must submit their tender applications to the Administration Department, No 2 Heavy Industries Enterprise, Ministry of Industry in Nay Pyi Taw by 3 pm on 31 March 2026.

Proposal forms and other relevant documents can be purchased starting from 18 March 2026, at the Administration Department of No 2 Heavy Industries Enterprise by submitting a letter expressing interest in undertaking the business, along with a valid company registration.
