UNION Election Commission Chairman U Than Soe inspected the storage of Myanmar Electronic Voting Machines (MEVMs) used in the 2025 General Election in Dawei and Myeik districts yesterday.
He also held separate meetings with MEVM supervisory committees in the respective districts and reviewed preparations and voter list accuracy measures for future elections.
The chairman later checked the storage condition of the machines and instructed officials to strictly follow maintenance guidelines to prevent damage, according to reports. — MNA/KZL
