A ceremony to open a training course to enhance electoral capacity for the 2020 General Election was held at the hall of Nywebagan in Kyaukme Township, Shan State (North) yesterday.
The training course was organized by Kyaukme District election sub-commission.
Then, an official from the district election sub-commission delivered an opening speech and clarified the purpose of the training course.
The training course is being attended by 34 trainees from Kyaukme, Thipaw, Naungcho, Namtu in Kyaukme Township, Shan State (North).—Maing Tun, IPRD
