With a view to creating job opportunities for rural people, the Department of Rural Development under Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation organized a training course on carpentry and masonry at its office in Minhla, Thayet District, Magway Region this morning.
First of all, the region Hluttaw Representative U Hlaing Myint Than delivered an opening speech and an official from the township Department of Rural Development clarified the purposes of the training course.
The fifteen-day training course which will run from February 1-15 is being attended by 25 trainees from villages in the township.—Za Za (Upper Minhla)
