Thanlyin Township honors outstanding schools, students in matriculation exam

A ceremony to honor schools with best pass rate and outstanding students who passed with distinctions in 2021-2022 Academic year’s matriculation examination was held at the Phorazar hall of B.E.H.S.-2 in Thantyin Township, Southern District of Yangon Region on 6 August.

 

First of all, students from No.(2) B.E.H.S. performed a school song. Then, staff officer of the Township Education officer’s office Daw Myint Myint Aye, headmistress of the school Daw San Thar Nu, headmistress (retired) of No.(2) B.E.H.S.-2 Daw Kyi Kyi Myint and chairman of the school development committee U Hla Win Maung delivered speeches.

 

This was followed by the presentation of the prizes to schools with best pass rate and outstanding students in 2021-2022 Academic year’s matriculation examination by officials. Afterwards, a student who won the sixth prize in 2021-2022 Academic year’s matriculation examination in Myanmar spoke words of thanks on behalf of outstanding students in the Township.  

 

There are three students who passed with six distinctions, a student who passed with five distinctions, six students who passed with four distinctions, three students who passed with three distinctions, three students who passed with two distinctions and four students who passed with one distinction in 2021-2022 Academic year’s matriculation examination in Thanlyin Township.—Than Win(Thanlyin)
