Terrorists attack security forces in Kyonpyaw, Ayeyawady region

TERRORISTS attacked members of the security forces, taking U Kyay, a resident of Hlayswai village in Kyonpyaw Township, to conduct the necessary investigation in Ayeyawady Region.

 

While they arrived near the banana farm outside of the village, terrorists attacked them with homemade guns, gas guns, slingshots, and security forces to disperse the crowd.

 

The incident led to three people died and two terrorists were arrested together with six gas guns.

 

While arresting the fugitives, a bomber struck the vehicle escorted by security forces at around 11 am near Kannar Nyaung Zine village, damaging the car.

 

It is reported that plans are underway to arrest terrorists on the run as soon as possible. Local security services are being provided. — MNA
