Vietnam Businessmen donates cash, foodstuff to flood victims in Mon state

Under the leadership of Vietnamese Embassy in Myanmar, Vietnamese businessmen in Myanmar went to Mon state from August 21 to 22 and donated financial assistance, rice and other household goods to flood victims there.

H1N1 flu claims 102 deaths so far

TOTAL DEATH toll from seasonal influenza A (H1N1) pdm 09 has reached to 102 on 23 August, increasing from 90 between 1 January to 7 August, according to the figures released by the Central Epidemiology Unit of the Public Health Department.
