Tatmadaw provides anti-Covid-19 devices, oxygen tanks

TATMADAW medical team, healthcare workers and civil society organizations are working together for the COV-ID-19-positive patients in the military hospitals, public hospitals, healthcare departments and COVID centres since the third wave of COVID-19 was increasing.

In doing so, Tatmadaw members have been donating the disease prevention, control and treatment equipment and oxygen tanks and foods to the hospitals.

From 1 July to yesterday, Commanders from the respective military commands have donated 7,170 oxygen tanks, seven oxygen concentrators, 40 oxygen flow meters, 374,032 surgical masks, 2,020 sets of PPE, 857 hand gel bottles, 250 face shields, four buckets of hand wash, 2,054 surgical gloves, 2,900 hair covers, with petrol, foods and cash assistance.
