Tatmadaw donates medical equipment to rural healthcare centers in Loilem District

An event to donate medical items to rural healthcare centers by the Tatmadaw families (Army, Navy and Air) was held at a station hospital in Kali Town, Southern Shan State this morning.


On behalf of the Tammadaw families (Army, Navy and Air), Deputy Commander of No. 151 Light Infantry Regiment Major Aung Naing Oo donated medical equipment to the hospital through Dr. Sai Hla Oo to be used in the fight against the spread of coronavirus in the area.


The Tatmadaw’s contributions for Kali station hospital included 600 masks, 85 sets of OT gowns, one BP puff, and one headphone. Next, 600 surgical masks, 50 suits of OT gowns and 50 OT caps were presented to a rural healthcare center through a nurse.
