THE Department of Rural Development under the Ministry of Cooperatives and Rural Development conducted a field inspection yesterday on the progress of the village concrete road construction project in ShweOodaung Village, Tatkon Township, Nay Pyi Taw Union Territory.
Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman U Kan Myint Than observed the ongoing construction works in ShweOodaung Village.
He emphasized the importance of completing the project on schedule in compliance with prescribed standards, strengthening coordinated cooperation, and ensuring long-term sustainability through proper maintenance.
The concrete road, measuring 1,247 feet in length, 12 feet in width, and seven inches in thickness, is being implemented under the 2026-2027 financial year. — Maung Khaing (Rural)
