PREPARATION Subcommittee on the Fifth National Sports Festival Chairman Deputy Minister for Construction U Win Pe and responsible officials inspected the preparation for the event’s opening and closing ceremonies yesterday afternoon.
They reviewed the progress of the seating arrangements for state leaders, backup power systems to ensure uninterrupted electricity during the festival, and the dormitory facilities for referees and juries at the Gold Camp, Cluster-4.
The deputy minister emphasized the importance of meticulous preparation to ensure the festival’s success and grandeur. He directed officials to focus on the strength and cleanliness of the flagpoles for raising the national and festival flags and to ensure durability and orderliness in seating arrangements for attending leaders.
