The Small Scale Industry Department under the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation opened a basic motorcycle repair course at the meeting room of the General Administration Department in Intaw Town, Shan State.
The course was conducted a view to creating job opportunities for local people and increasing their income. At the ceremony, Deputy Director of the Small Scale Industry Department U Thet Naing Oo gave an opening address. Next, Secretary of the Shan State National League for Democracy U Maung Maung Sein and Town Administrator U Sai Kuan Khay clarified matters relating to the course.
A total of 20 trainees throughout the region will be given practical and theoretical training during a one-month course.—IPRD
