Senior citizens over 85 year-old in Pyapon, Kyaiklat, Dedaye, Bogalay Townships in Pyapon District were proivded with scoial pension.
Officials from Disrict Department of Social Welfare made a domiliciary visit to provide social pension to the elderly people in the wards of the towns with the help of ward administrators.
A total of 3394 elderly people in the district were provided with social pension at a rate of K 30,000 per person for three months.
