An event to provide relief supply to victims of strong wind was held at the meeting hall of the Township General Administration Department in the Town of Minhla, Magway Region yesterday evening.
During the event, chairman of the Township Administration Council U Than Tun Aung delivered an opening speech. Next, deputy staff officer of the Township Disaster Management Department Daw Ei Tha Zin Hlaing clarified the purposes of the provision of relief supply for victims of strong winds.
Afterwards, officials handed over Ks. 76800 for purchasing construction materials and rice to people whose houses were partially damaged by strong winds.—Zar Zar(Ahtet Minhla)
