Relief items were provided to fire victims in ward-9 in Hlaingthaya Township Yangon Region yesterday.
The region Hluttaw Representative U Myat Min Thu and Officials from the township Department of Social Welfare made a domiciliary visit to provide relief items to fire victims in ward-9 in Hlaingthaya Township and handed over K 1.02 million and rescue kit box with 16 items to fire victims in the township.
Also present on the occasion were the region Hluttaw Representative U Myat Min Thu and officials from Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement.
The fire broke out in ward-9 in Hlaingthaya Township on 12 June and destroyed two houses and killed two people.—Mya Thandar (Hlaingthaya)
