A ceremony to open office skill course, organized by the district Department of Rural Development under Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation, was held at the meeting hall of DRD in Katha, Sagaing Region this morning.
First, assistant Director of the district DRD U Soe Than delivered an opening speech. Then, course instructor introduced the subjects to be taught to the trainees in the training course.
The 15-day course is being attended by 10 staff from Departments of Rural Development in Htigyaing, Indaw and Katha townships.—Myo Win Nyo (Kyunhla)
