BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and Central Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING  OF THE 1^st March, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Kachin State, scattered in Upper Sagaing Region and Chin State,  and isolated in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway and Taninthayi Regions, Northern Shan State. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw, Bago and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kayah State and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3 - 5) feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuation of likelihood of isolated rain or thundershowers in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State.

FORECAST FOR NAYPYITAW AND NEIGHBOURING AREA FOR 1^st March, 2019: Generally fair weather.
