Myanmar, Bangladeshi BGFs perform joint naval patrol

Myanmar’s Border Guard Police (BGP) and the Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) have reportedly conducted a joint navy patrol on 27 February, according to the Ministry of Home Affairs.


Two patrol boats from Myanmar’s Border Guard Force led by Police Captain Kyaw Zeya from Chaungwa police outpost, Maungtaw Township made a security patrol in the Naf River from No.2 milepost from No.8 milepost together with two vessels from the Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) headed by Subedar Md. Abdul Razzak from of Shahporirdip BOP from BGB’s No. 2 battalion from 10:10 a.m. to 11:05 a.m. on 27 February.—MOHA
