The Mandalay International Trade Fair & Business Forum 2019 will be held at the Mandalay Convention Center from 23 to 25 March, according to a press conference at the office of Mandalay Region Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MRCCI) in Mandalay on 5 March.
The purpose of the event is to uplift economy in Mandalay Region, improve investment opportunities, and encourage sustainable development of small and medium scale enterprises. The exhibition will be jointly organized by the MRCCI and brother associations under the guidance of the regional government. The forum will be held in conjunction with talks from international and local experts from various sectors.
A total of 269 booths at home and abroad such as China, India and Thailand are expected to put on sale their products like household utensils, foodstuff, electronics, traditional handicrafts, souvenirs made of jade, gems and gold. As well as motorcar and banking services showrooms will take part in the event.—Than Zaw Min (IPRD)
