The final match of the township administrator’s cup men’s football competition was held in conjunction with a prize awarding event at the township sports ground in Moynyin Township, Kachin State yesterday.
In the final game, Narkha Ward beat Aungthabyay Ward 1-0 and was crowned the champion trophy. A total of eight teams took part in the contest. The participating teams were drawn into two groups in the tournament that commenced on 25 June.
Deputy Township Administrator U Aung Min Soe presented champion trophy and cash award to the winning team. Concerned officials awarded prizes to the best players in different position.—Kyaw Kyaw Htwe (IPRD)
