FOR exporting dried taro stems to the Republic of Korea, interested export companies are invited, said the Myanmar Fruit, Flower and Vegetable Producer and Exporter Association.
The Fresh Leaders Co Ltd in Incheon has imported agricultural products from Vietnam, Thailand and China and then distributed their imports to local well-known companies – Ottogi Corporation and CJ Group.
The notification sent from the Myanmar Trade Promotion Organization says the Korean company has offered to export dried taro stems as an ingredient of Korean spicy beef soup, MFVP said. Interested member companies can submit their company name, contact person, position and Viber phone number to the MFVP office’s Viber phone number 09 43127656, MFVP announced on 24 February. — MT/ZS
