THE Myanmar Football Federation's Futsal and Beach Soccer Committee will hold another player selection trial in Yangon to form the Myanmar U19 women’s futsal team.
After conducting selection trials in Mandalay and Taunggyi, officials have already chosen 10 preliminary players. Another trial will take place at the YRG Futsal Stadium on 16 and 17 May, with participants required to arrive by 8 am.
Following the Yangon trial, more preliminary players will be added, while eligible players from Myanmar women’s futsal clubs will also be selected.
Myanmar is preparing the team for the inaugural ASEAN U19 Women’s Futsal Championship, which the ASEAN Football Federation plans to hold later this year. — Ko Nyi Lay/KZL
