With the aim of boosting the income of local people and their socio-economic status, loans to implement emerald green projects were disbursed to farmers at the Monastery of Sanmyo Village, Gangaw Township, Magway Region on 10 July.
First of all, staff officer of the Township’s Rural Development Department U Aung Zeya clarified the purpose of the project and handed over K 34.8 million to U Nyein Ko Ko, chairman of emerald green projects committee.
Altogether 111 people—81 people in agriculture, 28 people in livestock breeding and 2 people in trading received loans.—District IPRD
