Thongwa Township Department of Rural Development is implementing construction of rural roads and bridges that benefit Ashae-Tagundine and Kadonepaw-Alae villages during 2024-2025 FY. In the morning of 17 February, officials from the Township Department inspected the construction sites.

A group led by an official from Thanlyin District Department of Rural Development inspected a rural road measuring one mile and 7.6 furlong in length, 12 ft in width and nine inches in volume in Ashae-Tagundine village conducted by Natural Yaung Chi Construction Company with funds of Union.

Then, they also inspected a rural road measuring one mile and 2.3 furlong in length, 12 ft in width and nine inches in volume and a box culvert conducted by Mann Htin Paw Construction Company with funds of Regional Government. Afterwards, the officials met with responsible people and urged them to meet the target date.

The developmental tasks in the two villages are being conducted with close supervision and technical aids of the engineers from the District and Township Departments.
