Dedaye 4 December

With the aims of upgrading socioeconomic development of rural people in Lamuwa village and saving time and transportation charges, a jetty is being implemented in the village with the guidance of Dedaye Township Department of Rural Development. In the morning of December 4, officials from Pyapon District Department of Rural Development inspected the construction site in the village.

The jetty measuring 20 ft in length, 18 ft in width and 12 ft in height is being built with K 50 million funded by Union Budget starting from third week of July. The officials then asked the responsible people for the timely completion and meeting the set standard.

Upon completion, local products in the village will be delivered to the markets with saving time and money.
