With the aim of distribuing purified drinking water in all seasons, Salin Township Department of Rural Development is undertaking construction of a tube well in Tamarchaung village, Salin Township, Minbu District, Magway Region. Now, it has been completed by 90 percent.
The Department of Rural Development conducted the construction of a tube well, a water plant, a water tanker capable of storing 5000 gallons of water and installation of water pipeline with K 18.30 million starting from November, 2019, said Township Officer from the DRD U Kyaw Zeya.
Upon completion, a total of 589 people from 146 households in the village will be distributed drinking water in all seasons.
