The upgrade of rural road into concrete road in Zeyatgyi village, Minbu Township, Magway Region has been completed by 95 percent, according to Minbu Township Department of Rural Development.
The concrete road which is 600 ft in length and 15 ft width was constructed with K 10 million allocated by Township Department of Rural Development in 2019-2020 FY and K 4.4 million contributed by local residents. The work was started from the end of March and now it has been completed by 95 percent.
The construction work is being supervised by officials from the Department of Rural Development to meet the target date with designated standardization.
With the aim of ensuring the socioeconomic development in Minbu Township, village development projects are being implemented in 16 villages in 2019-2020 FY, according to the District Department of Rural Development.
