With the aim at narrowing the gaps between rural and urban areas in Kyaukse Township, Mandalay Region, the Township Department of Rural Development is undertaking developmental works in the township. Now, the Department is conducting the construction of a multi-purpose hall in Taungpalu village in Kalakyaung village-tract in the township during 2020-2021 FY and it has been completed by hundred percent.
The hall which is 60 ft in length, 30 ft in width and 12 ft in height is being built with K 12.1 million funded by interest of Emerald Green Project and K 6.8 million contributed by local residents. Upon completion, religious and social ceremonies and meetings will be organized in the hall.
