A ceremony to provide cash aids to storm victims in Minbu (Sagu) Township, Minbu District, Magway Region was held at the District Department of Disaster Management on May 19.
Due to the strong winds hit Minbu (Sagu) Township on May 16, roofs of seven houses in Kyauktan village were flipped over. Therefore, the officials provided cash aids to family members of the households for purchasing building materials and rice via village administrator.
