A ceremony to open a book fair was jointly conducted by Hlaingbwe Township General Administration Department and Information and Public Relations Department in front of the office of IPRD this morning.
Township Administrator U Min Hein, an official from IPRD and a responsible person from Nan Taw Win Publishing House opened the ceremony. Then, the departmental personnel, book lovers, teachers and students observed the display in the book fair.
