THE Myanmar Photography Association hosted the 59th All-Myanmar Photography Contest Awards Ceremony yesterday afternoon at the Promotion Area of Junction City Shopping Mall in Yangon.

The Myanmar Photogra­phy Association (MPA) Pa­trons and Chairman U Than Htun Oo (Tet Nay Win) first delivered a speech.

The MPA Patrons, Chair­man and executives then pre­sented medals and cash priz­es to the winner photographs, the quarterly competition, and the trainee competition, as well as the first, second, third, special prizes, and con­solation prizes.

The Myanmar Photogra­phy Association organized the 59th All-Myanmar Photogra­phy Contest, which has sev­en categories such as photo essay, custom digital, colour photography, portraiture, na­ture study, mobile photogra­phy, and custom digital.

The competition invited photographers and photogra­phy experts from all over My­anmar, and 45 participants Submitted more than 600 pho­tos. — Bala/MKKS
