These rental accommodations are intended for the general public, retired civil servants, and current civil servants encountering difficulties in finding housing within Yangon Region.

Prospective tenants from the public and retired personnel can obtain application forms from the township administration offices where they currently reside starting on 25 March. They should complete the required information on the forms and submit them to those offices.

Civil servants currently serving in Yangon Region can obtain application forms from the DUHD-YGN director’s office. They must submit the forms along with letters from their departmental heads recommending their need for accommodation.

“Those who were unsuccessful in previous lotteries will have a chance to participate in the lottery without needing to submit new applications,” stated a resident of Thingangyun Township who was facing housing difficulties.
