Taikgyi 7 January
With the aim of distirubting purified drinking water to rural people in Taikgyi Township, Yangon Northern District, water distribution projects are being undertaken in three villages with K 14.108 million during six-month budget, according to Township DRD.
Officials from the Township DRD made a fied trip to inspect the completion of the project on January 7. The project including digging tube and earthen wells are being conducted starting from third week of December. They then urged the responsible people to meet the set standard within the target date.
Upon completion, a total of 1927 local residents from 415 households and their cattle will be available drinking water in all seasons.
