Officials from Pulaw Township Department of Rural Development inspected the progress of water distribution project undertaking in Pyicha and Kyauktaung villages in Pulaw Township, Myeik District, Taninthayi Region on July 29.
The officials inspected the location where a water plant and related works in Pyicha village and the project will be conducted by Golden Jupiter Company with K 76 million. They then inspected the construction of an earthen lake and related works in Kyauktaung village. The project is being undertaken with K 35 million by Civil Generation Company. The officials called the responsible people from the companies for timely completion and meeting the set standard.
In the township, the development works including water supply project and construction of rural roads will be implemented with capital of Union and funds of the government during 2022-2023 FY. Upon completion, it will bring socioeconomic development to 24678 people from 4439 households in the township.
