Deputy Commander in Chief of Defence Services Vice Senior General Soe Win visited the 11th edition of DefExpo in India on 5 February.
The Vice Senior General and party looked around military equipment displayed at the India Pavilion & Up Pavilion before they held discussions with Air Chief Marshal of India Rakesh Kumar Singh Bhadauria at the Air Force parlour of expo about fostering existing bilateral relation between the two countries, implementations of bilateral agreements made in the meetings of air forces and experience sharing programme of air force experts.
Vice Senior General Soe Win also held a meeting with India Army General Manoj Mukund Naravane at the Army parlour of the same venue.
The meeting focused on promotion of bilateral relations, cooperation in security affairs, peace, development and security affairs at the border areas.—MNA (Translated by Aung Khin)
