Upgraded school opens in Ingapu Township

Ingapu, 21 January

 

A ceremony to inaugurate a basic education middle school (branch) into a basic education middle school was held Dhamminkyun Village, Ingapu Township in Ayeyawady Region on Sunday.

 

The Chief Minister of Ayeyawady Region U Hla Moe Aung, the Regional Minister for Agriculture, Livestock, Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation  U Tin Aung Win, Assistant Director from the Department of Education U Hsan Myint Oo, Secretary of the regional government U Than Swe Win and Deputy Commissioner U Myo Aung opened the upgraded school by cutting a ceremonial ribbon and had a documentary photo taken.

 

Afterwards, the regional chief minister and the assistant director from the Department of Education gave speeches. The headmistress then presented certificates of honour to the benefactors who donated computer sets, printers and school signboards. The headmistress handed over small the flags marking opening of the upgraded school before a local spoke words of thanks.
