Under the supervision of the Ministry of Hotels and Tourism, foreign and domestic tourists have been visiting Myanmar through different modes of transport to enjoy well-known destinations, beautiful sceneries and a diverse range of cultures and traditions of local tribes in Myanmar.
With the arrangement of Myanmar Senses Family Travels & Tours Co. Ltd two German entered Myanmar via the Tamu-Gangaw-Bagan-Mandalay-Namhsan-Kengtung-Tachilek route by motorbikes of from June 5-10 and left the country for Thailand via Tachilek border gate.
With the arrangement of Zone Express Tours Co. Ltd two American and one Indian entered Myanmar via the Tamu-Gangaw-Bagan-Nyaungshwe-Namhsan-Kengtung-Tachilek route by two cars of their own from June 7-12 and left the country for Thailand through Tachilek border gate.
The number of tourists visiting Myanmar has been on the increase in the open season owing to the emergence of new tourist destinations and sweeping reforms.—MDN
