Sagaing Region CM attends handing over ceremonies of school, rural healthcare center in Htigyaing

Chief Minister of Sagaing Region Dr. Myint Naing attended a handing over ceremony of a two-storey school along with launching a rural healthcare center in Moungkon model village in Htigyaing Township on 15 February.
    

First, the school facility was formally opened by Regional Minister for Social Affairs Dr. Zaw Win, Regional Lawmakers U Myint Maw and U Thein Han, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Education Dr. Soe Myint Tun, Chairman of Katha District Management Committee U Tint Wai Thone, donor and owner of Great Wall Waima Co Ltd U Tin Maung and two village elders by cutting a ceremonial ribbon.
    

Next, the chief minister delivered an address, expressing thanks to the donor for construction of the school structure. Then the donor and a village elder handed over the school facility and furniture to the Department of Education through the deputy director-general. The school structure measuring 140 ft. in length and 30 ft. in width was built with contributions donated by Great Wall Waima Co Ltd and locals.
    

After that, the chief minister and his party took part in an event to inaugurate a rural healthcare center in conjunction with a handing over of staff housing and land plot.—Tun Ko Ko (Yinmabin)
