Rural road built in KhinU Twsp to help local farmers facilitate commodity flow

A rural road was built on a self-reliant basis in Shataw Village, KhinU Township in Sagaing Region and the task was completed on 9 June.
    

The Pyithu Hluttaw Representative Dr Win Aung inspected the completion of the rural road that links Shataw and Khetlone Chaung Villages. An agreement was sought from the farmers whose farmlands were included along the road, according to U Than Ngwe, Chairman of the road construction committee.
    

The road is 6,300 ft. long, 12 ft. wide, 3 ft. high, includes three culverts and was built at a cost of about Ks. 5 million contributed by local people.
