Rural road being constructed in Talay sub-Township

With the aim of ensuring swift flow of commodity and boosting the socio-economic status of rural people, the construction works of an earthen road is being carried out by rural development committee in Panchihe Village in Talay sub-Township, Tachilek district, Shan State(East).

 

An earthen road measuring three miles long is being constructed with Ks. 40.96 million allotted by regional government in the fiscal year 2021-2022. 

 

Officials from the Township Department of Rural Development inspected the construction works and met with members of village Road Construction Committee and instructed to meet the construction deadlines, according to village administrator U David.

 

Once completed, it will benefit rural people from nearby villages and helping them transport rural products to the markets in a timely manner.—Aung Kyaw Moe(IPRD)
