Rural electrification project is being implemented in 22 villages in Sedoktaya Township in Magway Region with the funds allotted by the local government.
Installation of a rural electrification facility in Telzar Village was cent percent completed at a cost of 24.5 million kyats. The project included a power transmission line and a transformer, said U Nyo Win Thant, Assistant Director of the Electricity Supply Enterprise. The project began on March 21 and has been 100 percent finished, according to him.
Electricity would be distributed to 824 people from 206 households in the village, the ESE official added.—Sithu Lwin (IPRD)
